Booking Policy: All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking based on availability and operational reasons.

Reporting & Waiting Time: Drivers generally arrive on time. A complimentary waiting period of up to 15 minutes is provided for local pickups. Additional waiting time charges may apply afterward.

Payment Terms: Fares may vary based on route, traffic, tolls, and state taxes. Customers must pay full fare at trip completion unless prior arrangements are made. Advance payments, if any, are non-refundable.

Vehicle & Driver Allocation: While we try to provide the chosen vehicle category, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be allotted depending on availability. All drivers are verified and trained for safe driving.

Safety & Conduct: Passengers must wear seat belts and avoid any behavior that may distract the driver. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Outstation trip cancellations after vehicle dispatch will be charged full driver allowance and fuel cost.

Route & Distance: The final fare is calculated based on actual travel distance and route taken, which may change due to road conditions or customer preference.

Liability Disclaimer: Hare Krishna Tours and Travels Delhi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions, mechanical breakdowns, or unforeseen events.
