Cancellation Policy – Hare Krishna Tours and Travels Delhi

At Hare Krishna Tours and Travels Delhi, we try to ensure maximum flexibility for our customers. However, cancellations affect vehicle scheduling and driver allocations. Therefore, the following Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings:

  • Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any cancellation charges for local trips.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time may result in a cancellation fee, depending on distance, vehicle type, and driver dispatch status.

  • Outstation Trip Cancellation: Once a driver has been assigned or dispatched for an outstation trip, cancellation charges apply, including driver allowance and fuel used from the garage to the pickup location.

  • Advance Payment: Any advance amount paid for securing a booking is non-refundable but may be adjusted for a future trip (subject to management approval).

  • Driver Arrival at Pickup Point: If the driver reaches the pickup location and the trip is canceled, minimum driver charges and fuel charges may apply depending on distance traveled.

  • No-Show Policy: If the customer does not show up at the pickup point and cannot be contacted, the booking will be treated as a no-show and full cancellation charges may apply.

  • Rescheduling: Trip rescheduling is allowed without any charge if done at least 2 hours before pickup time and based on vehicle availability.
